CreditKO is offered as a monthly subscription at $49.99 CAD/month. You may cancel at any time. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee — if you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact hello@creditko.ca for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into CreditKO. You agree not to use CreditKO for fraudulent disputes or to submit false information to credit bureaus. You agree to use the platform only for your own credit file.
The CreditKO platform, brand, and content are owned by Prolific Holdings and protected by Canadian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
CreditKO is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including outcomes of credit dispute letters. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
