We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, province of residence, and credit dispute details you enter into the platform. We do not collect or store your SIN, banking information, or full credit reports. Dispute letter content is generated and not stored after delivery.
We use your information to provide the CreditKO platform, generate dispute letters, send you service-related emails, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with credit bureaus or creditors.
CreditKO operates in full compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections. To exercise these rights, contact hello@creditko.ca.
Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and never exposed to the browser. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
CreditKO uses minimal cookies necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
CreditKO uses Anthropic Claude API for AI letter generation (anthropic.com), Gumroad for payment processing (gumroad.com), and Netlify for hosting (netlify.com). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
We retain account information for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, you may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@creditko.ca. We will delete your data within 30 days of request.
